With over 32 years of experience overseeing multi-million-dollar contracts for the United States Government, Kim Clark consistently delivers results in government contracting. Her and her team's combined approach incorporates extensive industry Knowledge, effective Leadership with integrity, and Coaching that instills trust in the entire process.

Meet The Founder

Kim L. Clark

Over 32 years of experience as a Deputy Director/Supervisory Contracting Officer, Senior Contracting Officer and Subject Matter Expert (SME) at various Federal Government Agencies. Supervising up to 30 employees, Kim is responsible for overseeing and awarding IT, Non-IT, Construction, Facilities, Operations and Maintenance type contracts valuing up to and over $20 Billion.  Kim is responsible for awarding thousands of Contracts to both Large and Small Businesses under various socioeconomic business classes.

Kim reviews complex vendor bids, proposals and awards contracts that offers the best value and/or price to the Government. Kim is responsible for ensuring agency small business socioeconomic goals are met and/or exceeded every fiscal year. Kim served many roles leading and facilitating at small business industry events. She also assists small businesses with obtaining specific information on Government requirements and resources.

Kim has a deep passion for reaching, educating, and providing assist to socioeconomic business types to ensure these businesses have great opportunities to compete and win Government contracts to jump start and excel their business objectives.

Organizational Small Business Certifications Minority Business Entity (MBE) Certification, LGBT – Owned Business Enterprise Certificate (National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC).     1-on-1 or group training on the step-by-step processes of the procurement cycle, quality assurance preproposal submission, and post-award sessions.
